WHAT IS THE ENERGY ACTION LAB?

EXPLORE PATHWAYS TO

AUSTRALIA'S
ENERGY FUTURE

South Australia

Australia's energy system is at the centre of the most complex, fragmented and divisive debate. The Energy Action Lab brings together a strong cohort of leaders to build trust and knowledge, share lessons, and take collective action.

The Energy Action Lab flips the traditional process for collective action, which assumes we need to bring a shared vision into existence before we can act. Instead, through focussing on problems, participating organisations and their stakeholders use the Lab to run experiments and move towards action. The vision is then identified, clarified and realised.

The Energy Action Lab is a new approach to bringing large scale innovation to life. We start by identifying systems entrepreneurs; those people and organisations who use their leadership positions as a force for positive systems change.
